KEB Capital (“we” or “us”) is a trading lab that researches, builds, and tests trading algorithms. This policy covers keb-capital.com and the accounts of KEB Capital members.
What we collect
Your account
Your name, your email address, and what we need to sign you in securely, such as a hashed password, one-time sign-in codes and links, and session records.
Billing
Subscription and payment records from our payment processor, such as your plan, status, and billing dates. We never receive or store your full card number.
Trading accounts
If you use KEB algos, the trading platform account details you provide, such as account numbers, so we can confirm your access.
KEB Journal data
KEB Journal has been retired. If you used it, the trades, notes, and files you added are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Security logs
IP addresses, device and browser details, and request records, which we use to keep accounts safe and prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To run your account and confirm your access to KEB algos.
- To process subscriptions, payments, and billing changes.
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To send account emails, such as sign-in links, verification codes, and billing notices.
Cookies
We use cookies and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your display preferences, like light or dark mode.
Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and authenticated services. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure.
Your choices
- You can update your profile and account details from your account.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription from your account.
- You can ask us to delete your account and any KEB Journal data by emailing support@keb-journal.com.
